The nature of cultural phenomena is such that it is always evolving, which is the reason why its definitions are always wide and subject to change. What is fashionable right now will be a thing of the past tomorrow. Due to the fact that it originates from the very center of the Living God, the word of God and the prophetic message it conveys will remain unchanged forever. Simply by virtue of its definition, its immutability is shown. Each and every prophecy is the forthright revelation of the will and counsel of God for all of time, including the past, the present, and the future. The concept that a popular movement, idea, or practice is given credibility and substance by the sheer number of people who have chosen to accept it, adhere to it, or adopt it as their own is something that this generation has come to believe more than any other generation in the history of any other generation. The concept that such a large number of individuals cannot possibly be in error is shown by the word of God to be the exact reverse of what it is representing. According to the Bible, “Thou shalt not follow a crowd to do evil; nor shalt thou speak in a cause to descend after many in order to wrest judgment.” (Matthew 23:2) A warped and deadly mistake will always be the result of popular views about who Christ is, theology, and ultimate judgment. This error will cost more than a world that is drugged, dopey, and sottish actually wants to pay for it. When we consider that one day, every single person will be standing before the judgment seat of Christ by himself, the phrase “there is safety in numbers” is no longer applicable. Making the error of relying on the popularity of a subject in order to provide credibility to that subject is a mistake that seems to be ingrained in this generation. There are not many people who have taken note of the concept that sweeps is for keeps, which is something that has “crept in” or “slipped in” on this generation. Best-selling books, American idols, megachurch pastors and movements, famous personalities, craze buying, embryonic interpretations of ancient standards, and general ridiculous re-packaging are some of the things that we feed ourselves with. Regrettably, it is effective; many people adopt the most recent trend just because it is labeled as “the newest.” Frequently, it is the presentation of a newly discovered source that is used to discredit long-held doctrines or the Word of God itself that has been revealed. Bill O’Reilly’s book “Killing Jesus” is predicated on the concept that relying only on the historical interpretations of academics and historians is an advancement from just relying on the Bible’s historical accuracy. In order to accommodate historians, scholars, and debaters, selected Apostles and eyewitnesses are reserved for further consideration. This is weakness masquerading as Charles Atlas, and it is the common knowledge of the day coming from the popular culture, presenting as the wisdom that has been passed down through the years. There is only one blood red moon that needs to be taken seriously, and it is not an astronomical event at all; rather, it is an interventional act of God. John Hagee is currently embroiled in the debate regarding who was the first to discover or introduce the concept of “Blood Red Moons.” While the controversy is raging, few people have noticed that there is only one blood red moon that needs to be taken seriously. It is frequently the finding that the strictness of the Bible does not allow for current ideals of inclusiveness or political correctness that washes into popularity. This is usually the case when it is not a newly discovered source of truth that leads to widespread appeal. The example of this pattern is provided by Kirsten Powers, who works for Fox News. In order to enable the incorporation of homosexual acts within Christianity, many Christians have disregarded the serious warnings against homosexual practices. She is not alone in her behavior. It is a fatal mistake that, in the end, will cost more than one could ever foresee the whole amount. We are approaching the well-prophesied “apostasy” (falling away) that the Bible so plainly warns us about when whole churches or denominations modify the word of God to match their thoughts on inclusiveness and popular ideals. This is a kind of apostasy. The return of the Lord Jesus Christ is one of the last events that will take place before the end of the world. One example of mass changes in church polity that illustrates the new push toward apostasy is the recent vote of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America. However, the 1.8 million Presbyterians who voted for accepting “gay marriage” are now a part of the very fulfillment of Christ’s words, which is itself an all-encompassing prophecy. For example, the Bible says, “Enter ye in at the straight gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and there are many there are that walk in thereat.” (Matthew 7:13) Since the year 2005, Michael Bresciani has been serving as the publisher of American Prophet.org. It is because of the articles and reports written by Reverend Bresciani, as well as the contributions of some of the most talented writers and journalists in the United States, as well as the news and reviews that the website has acquired the moniker of “The Website for Insight.” His timely reports and writings have been published in print and online journals and magazines and have been read by millions of people all over the world and nationwide.
