Clients will often seek this sort of guidance for other endeavors, such as determining the optimal time to place their home on the market for sale. Calculations based on the earth’s orbit around the sun and other astronomical factors determine the length of time for particular timing cycles, which may be a year or a month. This may have an effect on the timeframe that is suggested for a building or demolition project on a person’s property.
