“Do not respond to a fool in accordance with his foolishness, lest you also become just like him.” (4th verse of Proverbs) In the course of an interview, an atheist, a prophet, and a liberal all stroll in. On Wednesday, November 13, 2013, I was set to participate in an interview with Alan Colmes, who is a regular host on Fox News Radio. During the three-way conversation, there was meant to be a Rabbi, an American Atheist, and Dave Muscato, who is the director of media relations. Due to the Rabbi’s inability to participate, the decision was ultimately made by Muscato, me, and Alan Colmes, who served as the moderator. The typical controversy monger, Colmes, was kind and personable, and despite the fact that he directed the most of the questions at Muscato, he was quite fair – especially considering that he was a fervent leftist. The fact that Muscato was a former Christian who believed in the Bible but has since gone up the ladder of reason and intellectualism to the lofty spot where all atheists come to roost, the land of handing God his walking papers, seemed to be a source of pride for him. Despite the fact that it was neither scientific nor biblical in any way, my thoughts kept going back to a line from a well-known hymn written by Daniel De Marbelle called “When They Ring the Golden Bells.” This is a song that even Muscato may have been familiar with because he was a Christian musician in the past. The words from the hymn that kept playing over and over in my head were as follows: “When our days shall know their number, and in death we gently rest, when the King decrees the spirit to be free.” It is not true that atheists pose a threat to God; yet, what if the situation were not the same? If atheism were to be reversed, what would happen? What would happen if God stopped believing that men or individuals were real? What would happen if he decided that you did not exist? Curtains would be the best way to describe it. If someone were to experience it, it would be the instantaneous collapse of the fig tree. As he made his way back into the city in the morning, he struggled to contain his appetite. And when he came to a fig tree along the path, he went to it and saw that it had nothing on it other than leaves. He then addressed the tree and told it, “From this day forward, a fruit tree will not grow on you.” And at that moment, the fig tree gradually shriveled away. As soon as the disciples saw it, they were filled with awe and said, “How quickly is the fig tree going to die?” (Matthew 21:18–20) Why does God allow us to continue to deceive him? The atheists, the odds, the science, and the reasoning are all terrible. It is possible that atheists are the only people in the world who organize themselves into groups, compose lengthy treatises, and engage in never-ending disputes over something that they assert does not exist. When it comes to atheists, the term “what if they had a war and nobody came to fight” would be amended to read, “what if they had no opponent to fight and the atheists still turned up to wage combat.” This is something that we have all heard before. In the event that God does not exist, I beg you to pitch your tents and return home. This is what is described as a win-win situation in any language; even if the Christians are mistaken, they have not lost anything; they have not lost heaven, but they have also not lost hell. In the event that the atheists are incorrect, they run the possibility of being eternally separated from God. They find themselves in the fifty percent zone; those odd numbers are suffocating. They are prepared to risk their whole future (forever) on a whim that has chances that are more risky than a gambler who is not very good would take even if the stakes were simply a nickel. Is it possible that an atheist was the one who first said the words “his life wasn’t worth another nickel?” Then, along comes the evolutionist who holds the belief that man originated from nothing and moved up through the ranks of creepy crawling things that exist between species until we finally stand upright and use our three-pound brain to solve every problem, with the exception of one: locating the missing links that should prove our past. Tens of thousands of scientists, professors, and enthusiastic contemporary followers are still waiting for the evidence to be presented. For the sake of the thousands of people who were listening to Colmes’ syndicated program, Dave Muscato questioned me whether I genuinely believed the biblical narrative of creation and other events. This was done in an effort to make the religion seem less serious. He began his journey through the numerous interpretations of the Bible on his own, beginning with the story of Adam and Eve in the garden, before I had the chance to respond. After quickly going through the Old Testament, he moved on to the life of Christ, his death for the sins of the world, and his resurrection. He then covered the virgin birth, the life of Christ, and his death. Despite my best efforts to suppress my laughter, I finally responded with a straightforward affirmation to his inquiry. After that, I expressed my gratitude to him for accomplishing something that I had previously believed was impossible for me to do on the Colmes show: he went through the entire Bible, including the gospel message. The only thing that Muscato did was validate what authors Norman Geisler and Ron Brooks had claimed for many years ago in their famous book titled “When Skeptics Ask,” which was published in nine different editions. Muscato did not provide any new or original arguments. The assertion that “Logic is not valid” is put forth. Geisler and Brooks continue by saying, “Take a close look at this. It is not possible for it to reveal anything to us about God.” Logic is not applicable to these problems, according to what it states. However, the statement is reasonable in regard to these concerns. This assertion, which is referred to as the rule of non-contradiction, is the foundation of all logic. It is logical because it asserts that something is true while stating that the contrary is not true. To put this into the simplest words possible, let’s put it out there. For the same reason that it is possible to assert that there is no proof or not enough evidence to show that God exists, it is also possible to assert that the absence of evidence is evidence that he does exist. It is possible that this may be seen as the rule of mutual contradictions; but, regardless of the circumstances, the argument of atheism is not more convincing than the faith that is professed by the most humble believer. According to atheism, the three P’s of the Bible cannot be explained. The prophetic promise is the conclusion that follows almost all of the biblical premises. The prophetic promise that God will one day come to judge the living and the dead follows the premise of the gospel, which is that God reconciled fallen man to himself through the person of Jesus Christ. Apostle Paul said that he worked hard to achieve control of his life and was certain that he would be awarded a crown at the conclusion of his life. At that moment, he made the following statement: “I thus run, not as uncertainly; so battle I, not as one that beats the air.” (Colossians 3:16) Using a combination of lousy odds, poor science, and weak reasoning, the atheists of this world will discover that when the prophetic promise of Christ’s return is realized, they will then undoubtedly know that they have wasted their whole lives “beating the air.” It is up to you to decide whether you want to go with the “Big Bang” or the “Loud Voice.” The atheist worldview places a significant amount of weight on the unobserved and unheard great bang that is said to have occurred billions of years ago. A historical truth serves as the foundation for our religion. This fact is the life, words, and acts of a man who was seen and heard by an entire country, and who was then followed by a dozen devoted witnesses who documented all that he did. A great number of things were stated by him, and he asserted with complete authority that he would demand those words from every living thing that received them. A few of the last statements that Jesus ever said were delivered in a “loud voice” when he was hanging on the cross after his death. As Jesus hung on the cross, only a few minutes before he passed away, these were the words that he said in the midst of his severest anguish and grief. In addition, at the ninth hour, Jesus cried out in a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? a question that might be read as “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?” (15:34) Mr. 15: These words and the question that they offer have a very obvious response, in contrast to the crash of the ‘big bang,’ which took place without anybody hearing it. During the time when his son was experiencing the most excruciating pain, God had temporarily abandoned him for one reason, and that reason was you. You had to pay that price in order to be redeemed, and it was the key that would open our freedom from sin. The testimony of others allowed it to be heard back then, and it continues to be heard by millions of people all over the world today. That which do you hear? Although no one has ever been able to hear the sound of the big bang, it is assured that every single individual on the planet will be able to hear the voice of the Son of God. The day is drawing nigh. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and already is, when the voice of the Son of God will be heard by the dead, and those who hear shall live,” the Bible says.
