As written by rutvi ashar camera: courtesy interface for photography architects read time: three minutes interface In order to solve the age-old problem of a shortage of room, architects created a simple solution: With only a 20-foot frontage on a trapezoidal plot measuring 1260 square feet, the architects had their work cut out for them in order to maximize the elevational impact despite the fact that there was a space constraint. They design a spacious office that is spread across split levels, incorporating everything and more that the client desired. By utilizing a split-level programmatic that caters to the dual function of visual connectivity as well as communication across the multiple levels, a single stringer staircase that is accompanied by a sleek steel finished railing runs through the central axis, serving as a buffer and dividing the public and private areas of the building. At the planning stage as well as in the third dimension, there is a great deal of space optimization. It is a given that it is important to remember to include microclimatic factors and a lengthy list of client requirements. Over the course of three thousand and five hundred square feet, there is a reception area, a waiting lounge, an open library, two conference rooms, two advocate cabins, a work space for twelve to fifteen people, a filing area, a store, a small studio space with a pantry and dining area, a landscaped terrace, and not to mention comfortable parking! There is a stunning combination of contemporary ideas and traditional cladding on the facade. The sun shades and planter boxes provide an attractive façade (west side/road facing), while the burnt orange brick cladding breaks up the monotony of the white brick. Interiors are kept cool and shaded by deep recesses on the west side of the building, while skylights on the north side of the building welcome in natural light that is calming. However, a whimsical element is included in the shape of a landscaped break-out area on the terrace that allows for casual contact and office parties! This room is designed to attain a highly formal impression by using plush leather chairs, wood-finished paneling, and glass dividers. Interface architects are known for their creative and practical abilities, as seen by their unusual massing, well-planned floors, overall elegant vernacular appearance, and optimal use of space.
