The sandstone facade, which was constructed in the form of an introverted vault, features gold steel detailing on its surface, and it makes a bold statement. The entrance, which is denoted by a glass door that is thirty feet high and elegantly detailed, leads into a reception area that features a red glass elevator that is elliptical and bespoke. This elevator is awe-inspiring because it is wrapped around the spiral staircase. Going on with the propensity for details – principally as a reflection of the rigorous workmanship that underscores jewellery-making – a vibrant floor inlay – a take-off from the traditional meenakari craft, and its complementary relief- work on the ceiling symbolizes the brand’s diverse flair as it guides the visitor to the elevator. the lobby of each story features an illuminated ceiling installation that is visible from the entry, generating a significant visual element from the word ‘go’. distinct zones anoint the shop. whereas the bottom level is marked for gold, the top level plays home to diamonds and silverware. each display section is designed according to the product range with customised lighting, furniture, chandeliers, as well as bespoke colour palettes, facilitating the right viewing halo for each jewel. the boutique gold section uses hues of reds, with a 40’ by 40’ european-styled, hand-painted ceiling; the daily-wear gold section follows a simpler colour scheme of white and gold with a pearl-inspired reception feature wall; the diamond section uses hues of blue and has semi-precious stone counters along with the bull’s eye arch display and white origami floral displays; and the silver section in hues of purple is designed minimally to accommodate the chunkiness of silverware.
