In order to commemorate the half-decade milestone, the label’s founder, DJ Seduce, together with the rest of the crew, will release their 11th studio album, which will be named “obrigado 2008-2013.” This album will have an eclectic blend of Brazilian rhythms that are suitable for a variety of events. Since its founding in 2008, afro:baile records has traveled around the several areas of Brazil in search of something that is unique, exceptional, and distinct. The bands and musicians who are featured on afro:baile records have taken the origins of brazilian music from each of their individual home states and turned their musical inspirations into some of the most impressive sounding compositions that are now available.
