The last few months have been quite hectic due to the fact that the twins turned one year old, we went on our very first family trip to Utah, and we have had a big number of friends and family members come to see us. whew! Fun, wild, overwhelming, unforgettable, and nutritious all at the same time. I would also want to have a more personal connection with you, and I would like to do so on a consistent basis. The fact that you are a member of my community and that you have a similar goal in achieving greater inner peace is something that means a great deal to me. Is it time for you to experience greater inner peace? I really hope so. On the bright side, you won’t have to pay a single cent for it. There has been a significant shift in my life, but my enthusiasm for assisting others in achieving better inner peace in their day-to-day lives has not stopped. The challenging aspect is figuring out how to fulfill this objective and your needs while still being the greatest mother I can be to my two children, Shanti and Riser. What a challenge! Despite this, I am determined to find a solution. (and let me tell you, I have a few things up my sleeves for inner calm.) The encouraging news is that despite the fact that my time is more restricted than it has ever been, my concentration is more acute than it has ever been. I have three different goals in mind when it comes to achieving inner serenity. 1. assisting individuals in “finding inner serenity.” Despite the fact that we all have a place where we may find inner peace, there are still a lot of individuals who are unaware of where their inner peace headquarters is. I want you to have a clear understanding of the places inside yourself where you can achieve inner peace, if you aren’t currently doing so. 2. assisting individuals in “maintaining inner peace” or, more accurately, returning to a state of inner peace at any time and in whatever situation it may be. In some circumstances, even those who are able to achieve inner peace by practices such as meditation, spending time in nature, or being in a calm environment may have feelings of being overwhelmed, anxious, or reactive. This may occur rarely or often. I want you to have the ability to reestablish your inner calm whenever you feel the need to do so. 3 assisting other people a deeper sense of inner tranquility This means that you will be challenged to engage in more profound personal growth work and to consciously design a life that you love. This will allow you to experience a significantly greater sense of inner peace and fulfillment in all circumstances, and it will be easier and more effortless for you to do so. I want you to feel the joy and freedom that comes from having inner calm as your primary mode of being. I want you to experience this. hence… a daily sense of inner calm… Find it, preserve it, and grow it further. Aside from the fact that I am also writing on my next book, this will be the primary topic of discussion in my articles and conversations with you over the next several weeks, months, and year. I would be thrilled to have your involvement as you continue to discover and cultivate a greater sense of inner calm in your life. Are you up for the challenge? This is how you may play the game: * You have the opportunity to respond to straightforward survey questions about inner peace and the factors that have an impact on it. * you can ask personal questions about finding, maintaining, and deepening your inner peace. * you can share your experiences of finding inner peace for the first time or in unusual circumstances, so that others can learn from you as well. * you can actively apply the tips, strategies, and processes available to you in order to give yourself access to more inner peace. What I am certain of is one thing. When you intend to and concentrate on increasing the amount of inner peace that you feel in your life, you will find that you have more of it. And when you have a higher sense of inner calm, you have a greater ability to concentrate, your confidence, your vitality, and your health. It is simpler to make choices, to interact with loved ones, and to increase one’s financial standing. as well as a greater sense of fulfillment, guidance, and vitality. To put it another way, “everything” originates from a state of inner serenity. Initially, this would seem to be a very simple question. When you have already experienced inner peace and are aware of where to locate it, however, it is much simpler to return to that state of being when you are confronted with difficult circumstances. Back at the beginning of this week, I was having a hard time writing this article to you. in part because it had been such a long time since the last significant communication I had. in part because I had fallen behind on my sleep schedule. in part because the list of projects I have is overwhelming. I was emotionally weary after dealing with so much during my husband John’s absence, which was partially due to the fact that he had just returned from a ten-day trip to Israel recently. What occurs, isn’t that the case? The things that cause us to lose our tranquility and power are not limited to a single factor. At long last, I gave in to the feeling of being trapped and walked outside to my patio to take a break and bask in the sun. I vented my emotions to John (I found that expressing myself is a highly relieving experience!). Immediately upon his return to the house, I shut my eyes and entered a state of complete awareness. to the vastness of nothingness and nothingness. into the background of one’s own inner bliss. And there I was… lingering in the silence of the moment. Twenty minutes later, I felt refreshed and more motivated than before. It’s that simple! I have now reestablished communication with you and communicated my goals to you. When I find myself in a rut or “out of my peace,” one of the things that helps me regain my strength is to remind myself that I am familiar with the concept of inner peace and that I have had the opportunity to experience it on a large number of occasions.
