I might claim that I have gained some knowledge due to the fact that I have been paying careful attention to the political landscape in the United States for a number of years. One of the reasons is that people in the United States of America do not have a favorable attitude toward anybody who does not follow the most recent social or political trend of the day. Whether we call ourselves preachers, messengers, prophets, or simply servants, the fundamental essence of genuine Christian ministry is to announce the will and counsel of God. This is true regardless of the title we choose to use. The desire of the people or the leader who is most popular at the moment is not something that we follow. My essay titled “Has Conservative Media Already Chosen their Candidate?” was released about the same time as the previous one. The same message that I meant to send in that essay was confirmed by a number of announcements that were broadcast on the internet and other forms of media to serve as confirmation. In a statement, Matt Drudge, who was recently referred to the WND as “The King of the Internet,” expressed his readiness to make use of his power in order to ensure that Donald Trump is elected president. I have no choice but to hold out hope that the fact that I was unaware that we had a king over the internet could be enough to protect me from being sent to the dungeons of the king. Twelve hours after my story was published, Joseph Farah’s World News Daily published an article in which he declared Donald Trump to be the “Man of the Year” for the World News Daily. I responded to that pronouncement by providing a link to my essay, despite the fact that I am not very active in responding to blog posts. I was rewarded with responses from a few rational individuals, but I also received a storm of irate fans of Trump who almost called me dumb (A Trumpian favorite expression of disdain) For many months, Fox News has been gushing over Donald Trump, but their fondness became much more obvious when they invited him to participate in their New Year’s Eve festivities as the main guest of the evening. It has been seven full years since I have complained about the mainstream media being an extension of the Obama administration. Does this sound like sheer hypocrisy to anybody other than me? I could just say, “I rest my case,” but that is not an option for slaves like me since it is not permitted. It is regarded acceptable in the United States of America to analyze and criticize our political candidates; but, it is not acceptable to be too critical of the people who use their right to vote. This is where individuals such as me come into play, since it is the “people” who are capable of making the most significant errors. Do I have the audacity to bring to mind the horde of disloyal individuals who were, after all, simply reacting to the promise that the Fuhrer had made to “Make Germany great again?” An additional illustration would be the failure in judgment that occurred between the years 2008 and 2012. Is it possible that the Catholics and Protestants who voted for Obama may have fallen asleep? Without a doubt, people are awake and reeling today as a result of the attack of our religion that is being led by Obama. From the Little Sisters of the Poor to the passing of Obergefell, we are being subjected to a beatdown that has never been seen before in the history of the United States. By ignoring the lessons that were learned in 1974, when Richard Nixon resigned in disgrace after the people gave him the largest re-election landslide in the history of the world, it seemed as if we had lost our hearing, our cognitive abilities, and our vision. With great enthusiasm, we elected a community organizer to the position of president, who would leave the nation in a state of total disorganization and in debt. Is it OK to disparage the American voter? Obama did not win the election by himself, so why not? When evidence concerning Trump’s lack of statesmanship or political expertise are brought to the forefront, bloggers who comment to my published piece about Trump run out of ammo very soon. This leaves them with very little ammunition to respond with. In most cases, the responses are filled with rage and loaded with terms such as “dumb” and “hater.” To this far, I have not been accused of having a “Trumpophobia,” but in the future, who knows what can happen? What disturbs me and millions of other people, including myself, is not Trump’s hyperbole but rather his basis. I think that Trump is serious about the promise of a great America, and I believe that he means every word he says. Is Trump basing his success in business and the ten billion dollars that he often boasts about on his own achievements? If you were to listen to him for an extended period of time, it would be extremely difficult to arrive at any other conclusion. Is it possible for someone to assert that he is being supported by the Rock of Jesus Christ or by his written word? “Therefore whomever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock. And the rain poured, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they pounded against that home; yet it did not fall or collapse because it was built on a rock. (Matthew 17:24-25) Do you believe that Mr. Trump, who has not yet been able to recall even a single passage from the Bible to cite, is listening to and acting upon what Jesus has said? It is true that Donald Trump is not on the ballot to become the pastor of the United States of America; nonetheless, we can be pretty certain that he will not be discovered in an oval office closet sitting on his knees and praying to God for direction during times of national instability. The issue that has to be asked once again is whether or not Trump is placing his faith in his economic success and the ten billion dollars that it has generated, and whether or not we are placing our faith in it. The following is a straightforward equation borrowed from the gospel of Matthew that speaks directly to the things that we put our faith in as well as how we understand wealth and how we perceive it. To you, blind guides, I say, “Whoever should swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whomever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!” “Woe unto you, you stupid guides!” You are naive and oblivious; because which is more important, the gold itself or the temple that gives the gold its sanctification? Revelation 23:16–17 The issue that is raised by this paragraph is straightforward, yet it is of the utmost significance. Which of the following is more important: the riches of a country or the nation itself, its history, its founders, its constitution, and its statesmen? Our money has never been the basis of our organization. It was the Prophet Zephaniah who cautioned the city of Jerusalem against placing their faith in wealth as a means of protection, particularly against their adversaries. To wit: “Neither their money nor their wealth shall be able to save them in the day of the LORD’S anger; but the entire country shall be consumed by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a fast riddance of all them that dwell in the land.” (Zep 1: Age 18) Finally, let’s stop whining that George Soros was the one who purchased the White House for the Democrats in 2008 and 2013, because if we are going to allow Donald Trump to buy the White House in 2016, then we should stop complaining then. We are looking to a businessman to save our country, which is already in a precarious situation to begin with. Riches, or the lack of it, was not the cause of our current predicament, and wealth will not be the factor that brings an end to our downward spiral. It is only due to the fact that we have forgotten God that we are headed in the wrong direction. Currently, we are in the midst of an economic crisis that will be unprecedented in our whole history. Not even Trump have the expertise necessary to take us out of this predicament. The direction in which we are heading will not be altered by any amount of gold that we are able to acquire or any amount of commercial acumen that exists in the globe. The only thing I need to do is announce it; I don’t need to beg anybody to believe what I’m saying anymore. It will demonstrate its worth.
