Are there Savages of the Racial Genetics in our midst? Is it possible that there are various species of men living under the same roof who are ignorant of the differences between them? Is it possible, for instance, that there are individuals whose neural circuitry has developed in a different manner or has not developed at all since the beginning of human history? This and a great number of other questions that are certain to cause goosebumps to appear on the skin of those who have come to the realization that we are all equal in the eyes of our God or gods are now being thoroughly investigated by both professionals and amateurs alike. As a matter of fact, it is something that contemporary researchers in the fields of motivation and ideological neural drivers are starting to consider seriously from the perspective of national security. Because of the nature of the case, which is loaded with possible threats to national security and concerns about public bias, this presents an additional challenge to some degree. Up to this point, however, the reluctance to address the problem has not been due to a lack of interest in the topic; rather, it has been due to the challenges that have been met in an area that is dominated by the academic community.
