Do they have a genuine faith in the positive contributions that your firm makes, not just to the industry in which it operates, but also to society as a whole and the effort to make the world a better place? This is a topic that is particularly important for socially concerned millennials to consider, but on some level it is relevant to each and every worker. Your employees need to be zealous followers of your company’s goods, services, and other activity, such as its involvement in charitable endeavors. Just make sure that you don’t take advantage of that employee’s enthusiasm in any way; dedicated workers need to have a healthy work-life balance in order to be able to perform at their peak.
